POSITION: Sales Manager
As Our Sales Manager Your Key Responsibilities Include:
- Communicating with residential and commercial building owners to sell various
construction services
- Assessing storm-related damages from weather elements to determine if a building
requires any repairs or replacement
- Seeking out and engaging with potential clients
- Presenting, promoting and selling any and all construction products and services using
solid reasoning to existing and prospective clients
- Performing cost-benefit and needs analyses of existing and potential clients to meet their
specific needs
- Ensuring clients remain satisfied by demonstrating trustworthy knowledge of the
construction industry
- Keeping abreast of best practices and promotional trends
- Building rapport with roof inspectors and potential customers to earn appointments and meeting your monthly sales and appointment-setting quotas
- Meeting competitive team and individual pre- and post-sales goals
- Performing other duties as assigned
Your Essential Skills:
- You’re extremely presentable in person, with strong social skills
- You must be able to sell and close contracts consistently
- You can sell ice to a penguin with your sales experience
- You have a proven success record in sales and working with others
- You are energetic, outgoing, and have great people skills
- Must be a fire starter with a great attitude
- You’re very organized and can troubleshoot on your own
- You possess a valid driver’s license and a safe driving record
- You have the ability to carry and climb ladders and work at varying heights
- Bilingual is a plus, but not necessary

Pay: $79,866.00 - $94,003.00 per year
